Description:
Spirit Rock is excited to host East Forest, a beloved and brilliant musician whose albums span from deeply devotional—like his powerful collaboration with the late Ram Dass—to immersive inner sound journeys. In the spirit of Ram Dass’ teachings, this special evening will feature a guided meditation from James Baraz, followed by a transformative live music experience with East Forest. Known for creating heart and mind-opening experiences through sound, East Forest invites deep presence and introspection. His work guides participants into a space of reflection, using sound as a bridge between inner and outer worlds.
This unique evening incorporates music, mindfulness, and community—an invitation to journey inward and reconnect with what matters most. Come experience a night inspired by Ram Dass’ timeless wisdom, guided by meditation, and brought to life through the soulful music of East Forest.
