Description:
Finding healing in the midst of great challenges is the alchemy which arises from turning towards that which is difficult to bear. The world gives us endless opportunities, and the Dharma is a timeless medicine that transforms us. During this day of practice together, we will offer Dharma reflections, guided meditations, Q&A, chanting, and periods of silent practice.
