Program to be held on the land and online!

Description:
Join us in community to ring in the new year!

On this special evening, we pause to honor the past, celebrate the gift of the present, and courageously set our heart’s intentions for the year ahead. We’ll dwell in the reassurance of 2,600+ years of Buddhist lineage as we gather to release what no longer serves, bow to what is beautiful in each of us, and collectively move forward into the promises and challenges of the future.

Our time together will include periods of guided meditation, sound healing, Qigong, live music and chanting, wisdom teachings, reflections, and an end-of-the-year ritual including the sounding of 108 bells.

Spirit Rock will provide tea and light snacks. Dress up, dress down, come as you truly are! All are warmly welcome. Doors will open at 6:30pm for a contemplative arrival and settling in with sacred sound.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
