Open to: Self-identified LGBTQIA+

Description:
Come blossom with us as we practice compassion for ourselves and others in community. Compassion allows us to be sustainable in the work of living authentically and equitably in our lives. Compassion and self-compassion practices help us find the wisdom we need to live more happily, receive joy, and open to much-needed love for ourselves and our community.

Join us in our third year of this beautiful and healing space online. Explore the Buddhist practice of compassion, and invite joy through music, voice work, and gentle movement. The day will include silent and guided practice, teaching, and opt-in discussion, and is open to people of all levels of practice. For this LGBTQIA+ gathering, allies are not included. Thank you for your understanding.
