Description:
In this nature-based daylong, come meditate in the serenity and beauty of meadows, trees, and hills at Spirit Rock. This immersive, nature-based retreat offers potent sensory awareness practices that cultivate insight, interconnection, and love—an antidote to the busyness and stress of modern life.

During our time together, you will learn how to meditate outdoors through a variety of practices, all grounded in a mindful sensory attention which not only deepens insight but also opens the heart to a profound love for the earth and all beings.

This retreat supports you in developing a contemplative relationship to the earth, deepening your understanding of mindfulness in nature, knowing yourself as earth, and discovering nature as refuge, teacher, and source of wisdom and awakening. Come prepared for moments of awe, mystery, stillness, and unexpected delight as you discover nature’s power to inspire and awaken.
