Description:
“I have only one reason to write…and that is to bring the dignity of the individual soul to the surface and shine a light upon it.” –Haruki Murakami

Unleash your stories, stir your imagination, and reclaim your voice in this series of five immersive weekly sessions of creative writing and meditation.

Together we’ll practice writing in a way that helps us wake up. Through meditation in movement and stillness, we’ll settle our minds and open our hearts so we can write from a deeper place. In sharing our stories with each other, we’ll connect with our common humanity.

This class series invites you to tell the stories you most want to share, and to listen fully to those that open your heart and help you understand life more intimately. Through a consistent rhythm of weekly sessions and between-session journaling prompts, you’ll establish or deepen a practice of creative writing as a path of transformation and healing.

Class 1 & 5 (first and last class): February 7 & March 7; On-Land or Online format; 10:00am – 3:00pm Pacific Time. All on Fridays.
