Description:
On this day of honoring all mothers, we invite you to join us in an exploration of the Mettā Sutta, “The Buddha’s Words on Lovingkindness.” This timeless teaching activates our potential to cultivate a boundless heart, transforming all our relationships: toward ourselves, all beings, and our beautiful Mother Earth.
