Description:
In the Buddha’s discourses, the Dhamma is often called kalyāṇa, or “beautiful”. During this day of practice, we’ll dive deep into the beautiful qualities of practice: how meditation brings us closer to truth, goodness, inspiration, and love. Our time together will include guided meditation, walking and movement practice, reflections on the teachings, and group discussion. Join this daylong for a celebration of the goodness of the path as we continue to walk each other home. Open for beginning and seasoned meditators alike. All are welcome.
Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
