Description:
Spirit Rock invites you to experience the transformative power of our inaugural Sacred Sounds Sessions, starting this summer! Each date will feature a different musical artist who has devoted their professional life to preserving, creating, and sharing sacred music. Join us for a nourishing combination of healing sound, meditation, an optional bring-your-own picnic outside in nature, and an opportunity to (re)connect with sangha on our stunning Spirit Rock land. Gates will open two hours earlier to allow enough time to picnic prior to the program.
Join MC YOGI and DJ DREZ for an inspiring live show and dance party! Celebrate with community, join the fun and experience MC YOGI’s unique style of music that is inspiring lyrically and uplifting spiritually. All ages welcome!

*Important Notes:
On-Land Attendance
- The on-land day program will take place in the Community Meditation Center in the Great Hall.
- Optional: “bring-your-own” picnic – gates will open two hours prior to start to allow time
- This is NOT a residential retreat. Overnight accommodations are not provided.

On-Land Sliding Scale Rates: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for the teacher. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford.

Cancellation Policy for On-Land Day Programs:
- NO REFUNDS.
- Open Credit or Donation to Spirit Rock = cancel 2 or more business days prior to program (Pacific Time)
- No Open Credit = cancel less than 2 business days prior
