Description:
Spirit Rock invites you to experience the celebration and connection of our second annual Sacred Sounds sessions, returning this summer! Each session will feature a musical artist devoted to preserving, creating, and sharing sacred, spiritual music in many exciting forms. Join us for a nourishing and uplifting combination of transformative music, an optional bring-your-own picnic outside in nature, and an opportunity to gather with sangha on our stunning Spirit Rock land.

Guided Meditation. Crystal Bowl Soundbath. LoFi Hip Hop. Treat yourself to an immersive evening of musical meditation with Born I (aka Ofosu Jones-Quartey), a meditation teacher, hip-hop artist, and author from the Washington DC area. Performing under the name Born I, his music and meditation experiences are a fusion of guided meditation, soundbath, and lyricism. This is a unique opportunity to direct some kindness and compassion to yourself by experiencing self-love through sound. No prior experience necessary. You Are Enough.
