Join us for a special Monday Night Meditation & Talk celebrating Sylvia Boorstein’s 90th birthday.
For decades, Sylvia has been a beloved teacher, author, friend, and guiding presence within the Spirit Rock community. On this joyful evening, Sylvia and Jack Kornfield will come together for meditation and a live Dharma conversation reflecting on practice, friendship, compassion, aging, and awakening. The evening will include guided meditation, community gathering, birthday treats during the break, and time for shared reflection and celebration.
For more than 35 years, Monday Night Meditation & Talk has offered a welcoming refuge for practice and connection. We are honored to mark this milestone birthday with gratitude for Sylvia’s wisdom, humor, generosity, and lifelong dedication to the Dhamma.

Jack Kornfield trained as a Buddhist monk in the monasteries of Thailand, India, and Burma.
