Description:
It can be hard to love. The heart meets so many challenges, so many reasons to shut down. It takes courage and skill to open our hearts in this broken world, but on the path of awakening, this is what we are called to do. You are invited to join in an exploration of loving deeply. During our time together, there will be a Dhamma reflection, stillness and movement meditation, as well an opportunity for Q&A.
