Description:
All of our relationships—with partners, friends, family, and ourselves—are places where the Dharma comes alive. This mini retreat draws on themes from the new book This Messy, Gorgeous Love to explore how presence, honesty, and compassion can transform our most intimate connections. Whether you’re partnered or not, newly in love or long committed, navigating loss or cherishing solitude, this mini retreat is for you. Through meditation, Dharma talk, and periods of silence, we’ll explore how the very places where love gets complicated are often where our practice deepens most.
