Open to: Everyone
Description:
Join us for a daylong retreat focused on cultivating peace through breath, body, and heart practices. Open to all levels, this daylong will include Dharma reflections, guided meditations, heart practices, walking meditation, and group discussions. Together, we’ll explore the teachings of mindfulness and compassion, with reflections on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of peace and interconnectedness. Through these practices, we aim to deepen our sense of connection—to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. This retreat offers a supportive space to rest, reflect, and awaken to the innate peace within.
Online Only: We are offering this program online via Zoom.
Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
