Description

This training supports activists, changemakers and earthkeepers—those working for justice, collective well-being, and ecological integrity—in cultivating resilience amid intersecting crises. Through mindfulness, compassion, and nature-based practice, participants strengthen their capacity to stay steady, caring, and engaged for the long term. The program weaves inner and collective work: developing emotional balance, deepening connection with the living Earth, and meeting grief, uncertainty, and change with creativity and care. Together we will explore practices that nurture joy, gratitude, and meaning as sources of renewal. Emphasis on listening, dialogue, and shared visioning helps participants build communities of mutual support and collective resilience. This training invites a remembering of our belonging within the larger web of life and a renewed commitment to sustaining what matters.
