In this half-day of practice, we will explore how mindfulness can help us connect with our ancestors, deepen joy, and touch In this half-day of practice, we will explore how mindfulness can help us connect with our ancestors, deepen joy, and touch liberation. We will reflect on the transformative power of mindfulness, both individually and collectively. Through Dharma talks, mindful walking, sitting meditation, singing, journaling, and group sharing, we will create space to honor our ancestors’ wisdom, reflect on how it informs us in the present moment, and cultivate joy as a path to freedom. This retreat offers an opportunity to reconnect with our roots, embody ancestral teachings, and experience healing through collective practice, grounded in Healing Our Way Home (2024). Our time together will nurture connection, joy, and liberation as we honor both the past and the present on our spiritual journey.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock and your fellow practitioners who need to pay less.
