Description:
Join in community to honor our grief and our joy. Engaging with what it means to be alive now, we acknowledge the enormity of the diverse impacts on the LGBTQIA+ communities. During our time together, we will turn toward our grief, exploring new ways to work with and understand this powerful emotion. In addition, we will learn Buddhist practices that support opening to joy. Grounded in mindfulness and lovingkindness, together we will create a space to support healing from the challenges of daily life and to nurture a world that is grounded in inclusivity and freedom for all.

Our time together will include Dharma talks, meditations, guided movement, chants, and interactive sessions. All experience levels are warmly welcome. Movement will be offered in ways that are accessible for all types of bodies.
