2-Day “Commuter” Retreat (Non-Residential) to be held on the land!

Description:
In these times of great change, we are called to address old patterns of limitation, and learn to open to as-yet unknown possibilities. Impermanence is one of the three supreme Dharma gates that lead to freedom. When we align with the truth of the way things are, we experience clarity, even in the midst of the most challenging conditions. Learning to live from a place of openness to change, we ourselves are changed, and we deepen in peace and equanimity.

Teacher Note: Ayya Santacitta will be at Spirit Rock in person for the weekend. Ayya Anandabodhi will be joining via Zoom.
