Description:
Midlife is a complex and transformative phase for women. These years bring wisdom and confidence but also challenge us with changing bodies, increased responsibilities, evolving relationships, and limited time and energy. This workshop utilizes mindfulness practices and practical teachings to empower women in midlife to effectively respond to change. You will engage in explorations and self-assessments that help you catch up with yourself and align with what truly matters to you now.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify areas needing attention;
  • Understand your strengths and challenges in dealing with change;
  • Use mindfulness practices to disengage from undermining habits;
  • Clarify your values for wise decision-making;
  • Use our “Journey through Change Map” to orient yourself and
  • Recognize your sources of personal empowerment.

Join us for a weekend of community with women in midlife. Along with participating in a dynamic inquiry process, you’ll gain essential life skills for meeting change with clarity, authenticity, and well-being.

Your commitment to attend all sessions is important.
Each session of a workshop is designed to build upon the previous one, creating a coherent learning journey. Recordings of the sessions will not be available to participants.
