Open to: Self-identified women

Description:
Join us on Mother’s Day to celebrate different archetypal Buddhist feminine forms. We’ll explore emanations of Prajna Paramita, Green Tara, Quan Yin, and other expressions of the sacred feminine. By aligning ourselves with the attributes of the sacred archetypes, we’ll move closer to understanding how these qualities can live within us and what might block our access. We’ll then take the next vital step to integrating these facets as both an embodied felt sense and a source of inspiration and equanimity.

This is a day not only for mothers, but for all those who self identify as women and who want to sit in the sacred space of embodying our heart’s deepest expression of the feminine.

This shortened daylong will include time for meditation, movement, discussion, and self reflection. May each participant come away with a deeper, viscerally known connection and a sense of trust in the inherent wisdom of our divine femininity.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports the teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
