Rachel Lanzerotti

Rachel Lanzerotti (she/they), MSW, C-IAYT, E-RYT is a seasoned teacher and facilitator of embodiment practices, as well as a longtime social worker at the intersections of community health, aging and accessibility, queerness, racial justice and dharma. An IAYT-Certified Yoga Therapist, she/they has designed protocols with UCSF integrative health research studies and launched the SF Village Aging Well program and meditation group. Rachel’s vital certifications and specializations include pain recovery, life transitions and aging well, therapeutic and restorative yoga, and breath practices. She/they have practiced vipassana since 2003, completed Spirit Rock’s Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Training Program (twice!) and the Advanced Practitioner Program, and gratefully receives mentoring in Nine Bodies Insight with Dana DePalma and Phillip Moffitt. Rachel also is a low vision, tactile-visual artist.
