Description:
We’re excited to welcome back Sylvia Boorstein to our Wednesday Morning Meditation group! For the March 17 session, we will stream the program on Facebook Live. We will also host the usual weekly Zoom room for a more interactive setting. If you need closed captioning, we recommend registering here for the Zoom session.

Important note: By becoming a “Speaker” in the Main Zoom Room (eg. asking a question on camera), you consent to being recorded and included in the streaming of this program on Facebook Live. If you would like to not be recorded and/or remain anonymous, you may want to hold your questions until the following week.

Program includes a 30-45-min sitting period, a talk, and a practice-oriented discussion. Suitable for beginners, as well as engaged practitioners.

About the Teacher

Sylvia Boorstein, PhD

Sylvia Boorstein has been teaching Dharma and mindfulness meditation since 1985. She is a founding Spirit Rock teacher, a psychologist, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
