ALL TEENS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND BEYOND ARE WELCOME

Description:
Join us for meditation, relational mindfulness, befriending ourselves, and building saṅgha through fun and experiential Dharma exploration.

In this six-week teen series, learn how to meditate, relax deeply, speak your truth, and develop your mind – all while hanging out with other great people your age. Through the practices of mindfulness and Insight meditation, we take time to reconnect to ourselves in order to experience more peace, wisdom, and compassion. Classes will include movement, community-building games, meditation instruction, and council – a practice of witnessing the group’s collective wisdom.

Class dates are: April 3, April 10, Skip April 17 (No Class, Easter), April 24, May 1, Skip May 8 (No Class, Mother’s Day), May 15, May 22; all classes are held from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Important Note: Class size is limited to 25 students. Students are expected to attend at least 4 sessions.
