Description

In these turbulent times of injustice and upheaval, this BIPOC-centered, all-welcome retreat offers a sacred pause for those working on the frontlines of social and environmental change. Guided by the teachings of land, lineage, and the Dharma, we will gather to remember that resilience grows from rootedness. Through mindfulness meditation, ritual, Buddha-dharma, and restorative practices, we will return to the wisdom of the Earth as a source of clarity, balance, and strength. This retreat is an invitation to ground our activism in stillness, to heal what has been strained, and to remember that the work of liberation begins within.

Assistant Teacher: Lissa Edmond

Invited guests attend at no cost. At the end of the retreat, there will be an invitation to offer dana to the teachers and to Spirit Rock.
