For over 35 years, the Monday Night sitting group at Spirit Rock has been a welcoming refuge to gather, hear the teachings of the Buddha, and practice insight meditation together as a community. The program includes a 30-40 min guided meditation, a short break, and a dharma talk.
Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this drop-in program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners. Sustainer rate covers the cost of the program; not tax deductible.
*Important Note: You will have ~90 days from the original program date to view the program. Also know that by participating on camera in the question/answer sessions, you agree to be recorded.
