Description:

Important Note! NEW Class time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm US Pacific Time weekly on Monday evenings.

Sliding Scale: Our sliding scale options for this drop-in program include financial support for our teachers. Please consider paying at the highest rate that you can afford: your generosity supports teachers as well as Spirit Rock, staff, and your fellow practitioners.
