Description:
As we walk into life’s mysteries, we are faced with a choice of which path to take for our journey. We could choose the path of crumpling fear or ever-present love. Uncovering these paths may seem complex and uncertain, but with wise view, a fierce yet tender heart, we can rest in our innate senses of knowing our true and loving natures. We can move with grace and witness the arising of wisdom and compassion. We can discover the courage and joy that accompanies our journey as medicine for the soul.

Join us for a weekend of exploration into our heart’s knowing – loving, radiant, and kind awareness. We will practice cultivating lovingkindness, mettā, as a path toward awakening, with silent and guided meditations, Dharma teachings, and reflections.

All levels of practice welcome.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.

*Recording Note: If you would like access to the recording, you must register by the deadline above. You will have ~90 days from the original program date to view the recording of this program.
