Description:
The Dalai Lama has said, “My religion is kindness,” and pointed to universal principles of ethics, wisdom, and human goodness that go beyond any particular religion. In our weekend together, we’ll combine grounding in Buddhist teachings and practices to develop wisdom, the awakened heart, and skillful, ethically- grounded ways of acting in the world, with perspectives and resources from other traditions. In doing so, we’ll connect with universal principles that can be expressed in ordinary, everyday language.
The two days will include periods of meditation, talks and dialogue between Donald and Sylvia, and discussion, both in small and large groups. Please join us!
