Description:
Join us on the land for a morning together in community! Our time together will include guided meditation, Dharma teachings, reflections, and interaction, as well as free time to (re)connect with the land and each other.
Please bring your own lunch if you’d like to stay on the land for a picnic following the program. Light refreshments will be provided. The bookstore will also be open for you to shop our inspiring collection of gifts and books.
To maintain the health and safety of our staff, teachers, and attendees, proof of vaccination, including a booster (at least one), is required. (see notes below)* You will be required to present your vaccination + booster card and picture ID at the door to gain admittance. Without proof, you will not be admitted. While indoors, wearing a proper N95, KN95 or KF94 mask will be required.
General Schedule:
10:00am – 12:00pm: Morning session
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch (Bring your lunch!)
*Important Notes:
Bring a picnic lunch, if you’d like. Lunch is not provided. This is a half day program on the land and overnight accommodations are not provided.
A recording will NOT be available for this program. It is an in-person, on-land event.
On-Land Covid Protocols
- Proof of Vaccination + Booster (at least 1 booster) is Required! You will be required to present your vaccination + booster card and picture ID at the door to gain admittance. You must have received the booster 14 days or more before arrival. No proof, no admittance.
- N95, KN95 or KF94 Masks Required: Masks are required in all shared indoor spaces. We are requiring the proper wearing of N95, KN95, or KF94 masks, which are proven to better filter aerosolized particles than other masks. We will supply you with an appropriate mask if you do not have one. Masks are not required in outside spaces when physical distancing can be maintained.

Cancellation Policy:
- Spirit Rock only offers open credits for this program according to the deadlines below. No refunds are available.
- Open credits are available: any time prior to midnight the night before the event/program.
- No open credits available the day of the event, or later.
