Zakee Hutchison
Edwin “Zakee” Hutchison is a social and political advocate dedicated to supporting justice-impacted individuals as they navigate the social, emotional, and often complex realities of life during and after incarceration. As Regional Program Manager for the GRIP Training Institute, Zakee works to help individuals interrupt cycles of violence, cultivate mindfulness, develop emotional intelligence, understand the impact of their actions on victims and communities, and build healthier, more purposeful, and productive lives. Through his advocacy and leadership, he advances personal accountability, transformative growth, and successful reintegration, while promoting pathways toward healing, restoration, and meaningful community engagement.
