Tina Clay
Tina Clay (she/her) is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), international yoga retreat leader, and marriage and family therapist. She is a mentor in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Sounds True. Tina’s biggest influences are her South Asian ancestry and Vipassana training. These two spiritual streams feed her teaching style which blends yogic principles with Buddha-Dharma. Her natural empathy and training as a therapist further support her wish that all beings find embodied healing and peace through the practices of yoga and meditation.
