Rasika Link
Rasika Martha Link, MFT, integrates her vipassanā practice with her decades of yoga practice and teaching. The yoga currently teaches is a gentle embodiment practice that settles the nervous system and improves functional movement in the joints. She has been teaching mindful movement at long retreats at Spirit Rock since 2001. She lives in Portland, OR and teaches weekly mindful movement classes. She also leads Nature Retreats in BC and the Oregon Coast.
