
Kim Grose More
Kim is the Executive Director of the GRIP Training Institute, a restorative justice organization serving hundreds of incarcerated individuals across seven California prisons. As a community organizer on issues of affordable housing, healthcare, immigration, and criminal justice reform, Kim has spent more than two decades working to make the San Francisco Bay Area a more just and equitable community. She joined GRIP in 2016 as a program facilitator, and succeeded the founder, Jacques Verduin, as the ED in 2019. A chaplain trained in the Theravāda tradition, Kim considers the Dharma to be the foundation of her work for justice in the community.
