JoAnna Hardy

JoAnna has been immersed in multiple spiritual traditions since 1999, with her focus landing on Buddhism and vipassanā meditation in 2005. An empowered teacher in the Spirit Rock and IMS lineage, she is deeply committed to making Dharma accessible to those outside traditional settings, with social and racial justice and multicultural community-building at the heart of her work. Alongside her teaching, JoAnna is currently pursuing studies in early US History at UNC Charlotte, and is part of the movement to keep the truth of this country’s history accessible to all.
