
Gullu Singh, JD
Gulwinder “Gullu” Singh is a corporate real estate attorneay and dedicated Dharma practitioner who teaches both secular and Buddhist meditation in classes, groups, and retreats. He offers mindfulness programs in universities, law firms, bar associations, and corporate settings, with a particular focus on supporting the legal community.
Gullu is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s four-year Teacher Training Program and is qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). He serves as core faculty for the Spirit Rock Dedicated Practitioners Program and the Mindfulness in Law Teacher Training, and is a mentor in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. He is the incoming Co-chair of the Spirit Rock Guiding Teacher Council.
His teaching integrates classical Buddhist wisdom with practical approaches to contemporary life, emphasizing clarity, compassion, and embodied practice. Deeply committed to bringing meditation into professional environments, Gullu shares the Dharma as an antidote to stress, a support for ethical and wise action, and a path toward greater resilience and well-being. He is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate insight, steadiness, and a compassionate heart in the midst of modern life’s challenges.
