Eleni Monos

Since falling in love with the path Eleni has spent more than two years in intensive silent retreat. In 2023 she completed over a year of continuous retreat and was invited into a four-year teacher training by her primary teacher Guy Armstrong. She is gratefully mentored by Guy and other beloved insight teachers including Kamala Masters, Sally Armstrong, Susie Harrington, Winnie Nazarko, Tempel Smith and Brian Lesage. Eleni is a graduate of Spirit Rock’s Advanced Practitioner Program and a current participant in the first Nature Dharma Teacher Training program with Susie Harrington, Mark Coleman and Gil Fronsdal. Eleni is also a nurse who loves poetry, backpacking and bringing the practice out of doors.
