bruni dávila has practiced Insight Meditation and Zen since 1995. She/they was trained and empowered to teach by the Insight Meditation Society (IMS) and Insight Meditation Center (Redwood City). bruni has been guided and supported by many wonderful teachers and saṅghas, her ancestors of Puerto Rican heritage, and the natural world. bruni teaches mettā and vipassanā retreats in English and Spanish, and is grounded in the teaching of Mahasi Sayadaw and Sayadaw U Tejaniya. She is drawn to and inspired by long retreat practice and Dharma in daily life.
