Retreat Description:
What brings you energy? What do you love? What empowers you to meet societal transformation with your whole self?

Join us online for this 3-day retreat, designed to help you locate the wisdom and well-being necessary to sustain your participation in social change work for the long haul, as we move toward justice and liberation for all.

Each day will include two 90-minute practice sessions rooted in the traditions of yoga asana and Buddhadharma, with optional sunrise sessions in the early morning and restorative practice in the evening, and a daily “call to action” to help you take your practice off the cushion. We intend these sessions to be accessible to all levels of yoga experience and physical ability, with an emphasis on grounding the body, steadying the heart, and energizing the mind to see clearly what’s arising within and around us, and to respond with fierce and compassionate action.
