Description:
Taking the theme of love and compassion as a core motivation, we will explore a heart-centered approach to systemic change. Rooted in the practices of the Bodhisattva, we will connect heart-based practices in alignment with the inherent drive of nature to heal and restore itself along with our own natural capacities as Nature’s emissaries of transformation.

We will also explore our inner experience as we face interconnected social, political, economic, and environmental crises, acknowledging how we’re doing so we can more clearly clarify our deepest intention. Grounded in Insight Meditation and Dharma reflections, this weekend gathering includes psycho-spiritual process work, devotional and ceremonial practices, embodied movement and breath practice, a dream circle, mantras, chants, and group sharing.
