Description:
Family Days are a wonderful opportunity to spend the day connecting with your children, yourself, and a community of supportive peers. Come play, share, learn, and open your heart!

We will explore teachings and songs on themes of mindfulness and compassion to support families. Join us for an opportunity to learn, sing, play, and experience joy together as we explore Buddhist teachings in a family-friendly way.

General Program Schedule: (times noted are in Pacific Time)
Morning Family Practice Period (10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.) – We start our morning with a program for everyone, weaving songs, mindful practices, and family activities. Come explore mindfulness with us!

Afternoon Parents’ Program (11:40 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) – Parents will have an opportunity to meditate, connect with one another, and engage in a discussion with Dharma teachers Kate and Eve, specifically about how to parent through these strange and challenging times.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
