ALL TWEENS IN MIDDLE SCHOOL ARE WELCOME (11-14 year olds)

Description:
In this five-week series, learn how to meditate, speak your truth, relax deeply, and develop your mind – all while hanging out with other great people your age. We will take the time to reconnect with ourselves in order to experience more peace, wisdom, and compassion through the practices of mindfulness and Insight Meditation.

Classes will include movement, community-building games, meditation instruction, and council – a practice of witnessing and contributing to the group’s collective wisdom. The winter series is offered to all tweens in Middle School.

Class dates are: April 3, April 10, April 24, May 1, May 15,  NO CLASS will be held on April 17 or May 8, all classes including the 5th session are held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Important Note: All participants must attend the first class meeting. Students are expected to attend at least 4 sessions.
