Description:
Has this been a challenging time for you? You’re not alone.

Come join our group of great people your age. We’ll explore ways to relax, handle stress, and cultivate peace through mindfulness and meditation.

We’ll learn wonderful practices for loving and accepting ourselves and others with joy and compassion.

We’ll play games, make art, and practice meditating together. We’ll connect deeply, share our truths, and grow a true community of trust and care—exploring creative, vibrant ways to be together online.

Important Note: All participants must attend the first class meeting. Students are expected to attend at least 4 sessions.

Class Dates: April 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9
Class Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. (same for all 5 Sundays).
