Description:
Amidst all the pains in the world and our own lives, how do we allow our hearts to be open and responsive? How do we stay true to our deepest intentions for how we wish to be in the world? The Buddha offered a path of practice to support finding peace within by cultivating an open and responsive heart and mind.

In this half day of practice, we will cultivate Wise Intention: intentions of kindness, compassion, and non-clinging. The instructions will emphasize bringing forth a natural balance and ease in both our meditation and in the whole of our lives.

All are welcome! No one will be turned away for lack of funds as space allows. For more information, please email Registration@spiritrock.org.
