Description:
We will explore and call into being a heart free of preference, reactivity and opposition by first befriending ourselves as we find ourselves. In this field of caring we find a greater capacity to discern and relinquish what brings us suffering. Moment after moment during this day together we will strengthen our capacity to be able to open to whatever life brings us.

From the Theragāthā (2.36)
“If your mind becomes firm like a rock and no longer shakes
In a world where everything is shaking
Your mind will be your greatest friend
and suffering will not come your way.”

**Important Note: This particular program is not for allies; however, we do typically have a program later in the year that does include allies. If you are an ally and do not self-identify as being a part of this affinity group, we kindly ask you NOT to register.
