Has this been a challenging time for you? You’re not alone.

Come join our group of great people your age! We’ll explore ways to relax, handle stress, and cultivate peace through mindfulness and meditation. We’ll learn wonderful practices for loving and accepting ourselves and others with joy and compassion. We’ll play games, make art, and jump around a bunch. We’ll connect deeply, share our truths, and grow a true community of trust and care — exploring creative, vibrant ways to be together online.

Class dates are: Sep 27, Oct 4, 11, 18, 25; all classes including the 5th session are held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Andrew Chaikin

Andrew Chaikin has practiced in the Theravada tradition since 2001. He has taught the Dharma, meditation, and mindfulness in many settings: the wilderness, prisons, corporations, even the U.S. Congress.
