6 Participation Agreements and Commitments

DYMT: Training Agreements & Commitments - Important!	To get the most out of this training and to support both the sangha and the container, we ask that you commit to the following: 1. Full attendance at both 6-night in-person residential retreats, as well as the 5-day non-residential hybrid retreat (participants can attend the hybrid retreat in-person or online). 2. Completion of curriculum offered online between retreats: 3-5 hr/month 3. Maintain a consistent yoga and meditation practice during the training to integrate the concepts and teachings (20-30 min/day recommended). 4. Q&A sessions: 75 minutes every other month live via Zoom (highly recommended but not required, and will be recorded). 5. Honor the needs of your body during our in-person and online movement sessions and communicate with the teaching team if further support is needed. 6. Maintain a willingness and capacity to interact and engage respectfully with people with different histories, stories, backgrounds, and views than your own.

8 Accommodations and Food

Attendees should assume they will be in a shared accommodation and accept what is offered. Due to the high volume of requests single-room priority is reserved for those with serious medical needs and a limited number are reserved for those selecting the Supporter rate which guarantees a single room. All remaining single rooms will be randomly assigned.

Requested roommate	Type the name of the person you want to share a room with. Roommates must request each other. Please do not fill in with any other room accommodation requests.

Describe any serious mobility/physical limits we should be aware of	This includes: if you use a personal wheelchair and/or if you have an ADA certified service dog; if you are DEAF, or have severe Blindness. We would like to connect with you as soon as possible to see how we can support your participation.

We cook with seasonal, organic products whenever possible and source from local farmers and other suppliers for the freshest ingredients available. We have a 'simple foods' table available for those with particular food limitations and every food dish is labeled with the ingredients used so you may use your own discretion. You’ll have an opportunity to let the cooks know about your particular food needs. If 'YES', PLEASE TELL US WHAT THE FOOD ALLERGY IS AND THE LEVEL OF SEVERITY.
