We ask this for validating your account; and for emergency purposes and rooming for in-person programs. We do not share this information outside of our organization.
COMMUTER PREREQUISITE: You must have attended at least one weeklong silent residential retreat (5-7-nights) in Insight (vipassanā) meditation PRIOR to attending this retreat. IMPORTANT NOTE!! If the retreat has a stronger prerequisite requirement, that requirement OVERRIDES the commuter requirement.
Please list your most recently attended retreats; include teacher names, dates, length of retreat (# of retreat nights), type of retreat. List only on-land/in-person retreats if that is the requirement of the prerequisite.
Some retreats require a prerequisite. Please double check the program page (link to the program in the side bar to the right) to see if this retreat has a prerequisite.
For "prerequisite" retreats: Please list your most recently attended retreats that apply toward the prerequisite. Include date or year, length of retreat (# of nights), teacher names, retreat center, and retreat type (insight meditation, metta, etc.).
