Concentration and Insight: Strengthening the Foundations of Practice

Description:
The foundational Buddhist meditation practices offer tools for collecting and clarifying a mind that can lead to Insight. On this retreat we will look carefully at, and practice creating, the conditions that allow our meditation practice to flourish and for wisdom to arise. Specific guidance will be given on different aspects of practice with an emphasis on the practitioner understanding why they are doing a specific practice and what results may follow. Open to all interested meditators with a willingness to investigate and experiment with their practice approaches.

Scholarship offerings: In returning to the land, we will also be returning to our pre-pandemic scholarship options and policies. All scholarship rates require a minimum fee ($50/night). While we are not able to offer “no one turned away”-type of scholarships for in-person retreats, they are still available for online offerings.

IMPORTANT – Details on our current COVID Safety Protocols for In-person Retreats.
